What Your Fruit Says About You

By Amanda @AmandaMBast · On February 25, 2013

Ah this riveting series is back! Finally.

Now you’ve heard my take on ice cream, potato chips, baked potatoes and vegetables. Now it’s time to take on fruit. Or is it fruits? I’ve never really been sure on that one. I love fruit. You love fruit. We all do. It’s impossible not to love it. In this installation, I’m discussing your basic types of fruit. Tune in (can you tune in to a blog? Or is that a phrase used for strictly radio purposes?) to future installments to read about more fruit. Fruits?

What Your Fruit Says About You
A completely inaccurate analysis

Apple
You are large and in charge. You take action and you don’t let anything stand in your way. You are to the point, concise, and you don’t beat around the bush. You believe in the good ‘ol college try, and working your way to the top. Some might call you old fashioned or stuck in your ways, but those around you know that you are efficient and straightforward. People come to you for logical, sound advice. While some may find you too cut and dry, your ways will stand the test of time.

Banana
You are successful, you are involved in your community, your family is just the best, you have a lot of friends and you are a seasoned traveler. People envy your life on paper. However, in reality, you’re not over and above the crowd like those who don’t know you assume. You’re fairly average. You’ve been a lot of places and done a lot of things, but at the end of the day, you’re still average, just like everyone else.

Orange
You are rather vivacious. You sing, you dance, and you have a big personality. You are the person that everyone knows and loves because you are just incredibly friendly and social. You are usually the center of attention. Your sparkling personality can charm a crowd, but be careful. If you’re always “on”, people may tire of you. You start to wear on their nerves and you won’t be as well received. Learn how to read the room and tone it down a little occasionally.

Pear
You are someone who is the very definition of hospitality. You welcome strangers into your home and make them feel like family within minutes. You have a warm smile and you are very generous with your time, money and efforts. You are the person who volunteers on weekends, or has several foster animals. Your sweetness is endearing and people love your calm nature. You also have large hips. Like a pear. GET IT??!?!

Grapes
You’re the life of the party and a social butterfly. You’re not abrasive like the orange. You seem to be a crowd pleaser, but you don’t overwhelm. You seem to be the perfect balance of an introvert and an extrovert. You’re not extraordinary in any way, but you are a true friend. A classic. You also like to hang out in groups. You know. Like grapes. See what I just did there?

Once again, this is remarkably accurate. But I’m not saying which one. (NOT ORANGE.)

I’m not quite a banana, not yet a pear. I’m somewhere striving in the middle.

    Basically, I’m a bear.

Dead on with the banana. Also I bruise easily and taste better in a smoothie when frozen.

Based on your food analysis blogs, I am an unpredictable person. Who I am does not fit into your hypothesis, but life is more fun that way 🙂
